Nightfall after marriage
Im 26 yrs old and I am facing nightfall even after marriage. Before marriage I consultant with many doctors which said its normal and will not happen after marriage but still facing. I discharge within 30 seconds during intercourse first time but second time its good.
Also my penile glands are too much sensitive even I can't touch them.
Im sure my pelvic muscles or other muscles are weak. Looking for permanent treatment
