Night time itching

Asked for Female, 70 Years

Hey sir my grandmother it suffering from bad itching during bad time(specially at night time) She had diabetes and it was 105 level check after meal and it was controlled. But the itching is not going also treatment is going on but after 1 or 2 day it's starting itching. Could you please give the reason of itching? It'll very helpful.
