Nexpro RD is for acidity/GERD — it reduces acid and helps food move better, so useful for chest burning or discomfort from gas. You can take it once daily before food, but only if symptoms are acidity-related. If pain is severe, left-sided, or with sweating/breathlessness don’t ignore, get checked. Consult a doctor for proper diagnosis.

Nexpro RD is a prescription medication commonly used to treat gastrointestinal issues, specifically those where acid reflux is accompanied by nausea or a feeling of "fullness." Key Components Esomeprazole (40mg): It reduces the amount of acid produced by your stomach. Domperidone :It helps food move more quickly through the stomach and prevents nausea/vomiting. Common Uses Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): When stomach acid flows back into the esophagus, causing heartburn. Peptic Ulcers: To allow the stomach lining to heal by reducing acid irritation. Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: A rare condition where the stomach produces too much acid. Dyspepsia: General indigestion associated with bloating or a "heavy" stomach. How to take: Timing: It is most effective when taken 30 to 60 minutes before a meal (usually breakfast).
