I'm taking bupron xl 150 mg for one month but now my doctor has prescribed me nexito 5 mg with it. I've seen some side effects of on memory , concentration and other things. I'm thinking if I should take it or not. There are any substitute for it that doesn't do that.

Hi, Bupron xl 150 mg is an antidepressant just like Nexito is, although they belong to different classes. Both can be used for anxiety, panic or depression.
Sometimes, attention and concentration may be affected in depression or anxiety. It should ideally improve gradually with the above antidepressants.
Next Steps
Continue the medications as prescribed.
Health Tips
Consult a psychiatrist if you want to change or stop any medication.

Next Steps
Possible alternatives—depending on symptoms—may include Sertraline (low dose), Desvenlafaxine, or continuing Bupron alone, but this decision should be made only after clinical review. A personalized plan is important, as not every medicine suits every patient.
