Newborn passing smelly gases
My 23 days old is passing very smelly gases(farting) . Though she is peeing normally >7 ,times and passing motion once in a day or too. Kindly suggest
She is on combination feed
Any suggestions to reduce the gases ? I am using aptamil gold stage one since birth + breast milk for feeding. Need to give her formula as supply is not as per her requirement

Are u feeding by bottle. Combination feed if bottle fed and bottle is not well cleared abd sterilized will cause issues. If given safe, the gas will not be smelly for young infant
