Care AI Shimmer
First of all reflux is normal in this age group, and also the child can pass stool after every feed, that is also normal,if your child is gaining weight adequately and is active, alert, nothing needs to be done
Next Steps
Give only breastfeeding, donot use bottles and nipples for feeding, they cause much more air swallowing and bloating, give your child burping after every feed with child on shoulder and Keep him upright 20-30 mins after feeds
Health Tips
certain antibloating medications can be given if child is having discomfort, for that consult the pediatrician

Mother's milk is the best medicine for newborn for next 5-6 months... Passing gas and poop just after feeding is normal reflux phenomenon, not to be worried, only worried poop should not to be watery and fowl smelling. Check weather it spit the milk you just fed or its like thik curd like milk. Just after feeding may spit because of aerophagy and not proper burping, but another type of spit may be due to GERD issue, that has to be ruled out...
Next Steps
do not give anything other than mother's milk. it may be due to Evening colic.
Health Tips
avoid bottle feeding,,,live your motherhood.
