Newborn diagnosed with jaundice
My neice is 5 days old and diagnosed with jaundice.the bilirubin level is 15.27.she is under treatment and when diagnosed its 14.7 and today is 15.27 .its i creased .what l do? Concern another docter or treatment should be continue with same doctor.

Normally bilirubin level goes up till 7th or 8th day of life... After that it starts decreasing... So don't worry... In a day or two, she will be alright. And 15.27 is not much high on 5th day of life. Be with your Pediatrician and trust him/her.
