It's normal for a newborn as there's no day night orientation.
After few days start setting in day night cycle for the baby.
Make sure baby has disturbed sleep during daytime and at night feeding and changing diapers should happen with min light and noise.
As a general advise, if possible stop formula milk and shift to exclusive breastfeeding.
