My child is 24 days now, in the last one week we have noticed he isn't getting deep sleep like he used to and wakes up withing 10 to 15 mins post falling asleep. While sleeping he is restless and constantly makes a low note sounds before finally waking up the neighborhood. His sleep patterns have changed as well

Hello , children wakes whenever they feel hungry donot worry about sleep pattern but child with respiratory tract infection shows symptoms like rapid breathing, grunting respiration, nasal flare , chest indrawing, poor breast feeding, vomiting . If you cannot able to make out symptoms take the child to pediatrician , recall if your wife had any difficulty in pregnancy or delivery.
