New born baby don't take breath properly. And navi not developed proper way .only eye open no weeping. No sense.

May i know respiratory rate of ur baby.....plz count rr for 1 min. Also keep watch for noisy breathing ,chest retractions, oral intake...and consultant nearby paediatrician...
