Never ending Acne on face & neck + scars
I underwent sonography twice in past 5 years that reported few cysts and hinted at pcos. In 2012, a gynac kept me on birth control pills, Ginette, for six months. Saw a difference but acne kept coming back. Then again for a year. Just few weeks after the treatment, acne started coming back. For past one year I am on homeopathy medicine for regularising my periods that have a 45-50 day cycle. But now I am utterly tired of this acne problem. My hormonal test results are normal & I do not go for any parlour activities either. Please advice.

You should restart Genette. You may additionally need to take Spiranolactone and Metformin and some local treatment for Acne.
