My neutrophils and ESR rate is increased and hb is 10.4gm/dl and rbc and pcv is decreased.and i am having a lump in armpit

Hiii... Increased esr may be due to infection .. Need more history lyk how long the lump was.. H/o fever, any discharge from lump, pain.. Any h/o diabetes..so that we can diagnose properly and can start medications.. please consult online.
