U can try exercise, meditation and diverting ur mind.
Lie down on bed, close ur eyes, concentrate from head to toe while taking deep breaths for 10-15 mins.
Whenever u feel extreme stress, sit back, relax, take deep breaths and count backwards from 50 to 1.
