I tend to sweat as soon as I get nervous like I can feel my body temperature rising. It specially happens when I meet someone or before giving presentation. I normally tend to sweat a lot easily than others and this fear has created another fear for me because of which I sweat as well. I don't sweat when I'm in my house or with my friends I usually sweat less when I'm walking with my friends but sweat a lot more when I'm walking alone. The sweating occurs mainly on my back and forehead and head as well.
Are there any medicine I can use to control this or any other solution. I'm 5'7 and weigh 68kg as well. Is weight responsible for my sweating as well?
Thank you!!
