Hello Practo User
I can understand your concern regarding your daughterâs condition. These symptoms are indicative of your daughter facing examination anxiety which might be resulting in her feeling of being nervous and leading to vomiting .It is advisable that you seek professional help from clinical psychologist for proper diagnosis and treatment. Try talking to her about how is she feeling at school ,make her engage in some mind relaxing exercises like deep breathing .You can also reach out to me through practo app for further help and guidance.
Next Steps
Consult a clinical / child psychologist
Health Tips
Let her share her thoughts with you, Make her engage in play activities.
These are symptoms of anxiety. She will need therapy till symptoms reduce. Only couple of sessions would not help as there is a possibility that anxiety is deeply routed. If intensity is high then medicines will be helpful too but therapy is recommended.
Next Steps
Seek help from psychologist, if needed he/She will direct you to Psychiatrist.
Health Tips
continue to support her without getting panic. your support is most essential for her.
