Hi, im 15 years old and ive always been shy since i was little but the past 3 years it has gotten so much worse and as time has gone on. In situations such as an awards evening when i know my name is close to being read out my palms go sweaty, i feel incredibly dizzy, nauseous and my heart beats so fast. I start shaking and my face goes red and i become very hot. When it comes to meeting new people i get so nervous and scared I physically cant bring myself to talk to them. Can you help?
