  3. Nerves pain. Consuming it. please help.

Nerves pain
From past 15 days I am having a severe wavering pain on right side of the abdomen just under the breast bone. I consulted an orthopedician and it was detected that the nerves of that area are surpressed. I'm taking medications but no effect is shown as such. I'm taking capsules named Axogurd NT but I feel very dizzy and lethargic after consuming it. Please help.

Please get an ultrasound done to rule out any problem inside . Do you have any peri umbilical pain ? Since when is this pain ? Any constipation or acidity ? Any recent eating out ?
