Nerve Problem
I have been experiencing constant tingling and burning sensation in both feet, along with muscle stiffness in both legs, for the past 1 year. The tingling is persistent throughout the day. I also have mild pain in both hips and thighs. I have done the following tests and all reports are normal: Haemoglobin Fasting blood glucose Creatinine Lipid profile T3, T4, TSH Liver function test (LFT) Vitamin B12 Calcium NCV test *I am attaching my lumbar MRI report and flim for your reference. *I am a non-alcoholic. I quit smoking 4 months ago. **I would like to know: If all blood tests and NCV are normal, what could be causing persistent tingling and burning sensation and muscle stiffness for one year? *Do I need an EMG test or are these tests enough? * What kind of treatment do you suggest? Is this condition reversible? *Is there any cure?? Please Help me Suffering from one year. Thank you 🙏

Based on your symptoms and MRI finding if there is loss of power in lower limbs, or sensation loss or urination problems like retention or dribbling,or there is regular need of pain killer for pain relief then you should opt for surgery. According to MRI there is no significant canal stenosis.
