Your anger and frustration is seeming to stem from low self confidence and negativity in your thoughts. You will need help to start building your self confidence, reduce negativity, deal with inner unconscious issues and start trusting yourself and others. The concern reflects Behaviour pattern created due to past experience. You should connect to a counselor and get rid of all these blocked thoughts , energy and belief system which is hampering your development.
