I had really gone through tough days in past 6 years where I faced lot of problems, because of which am mentally became unsound it seems...brother and sister marriages are failed , which has made me upset, no interest in doing any job or in any progress of life, always wait for next problem...self confidence and courage became zero...

I know setbacks in life seem like it’s unfair and puts us in a place of uncertainty and hopelessness. And that’s what you are feeling right now. Well they are bound to have an impact on us. Hello, It must be very difficult for you to deal with the tough days particularly when your dear ones are suffering, you try to do whatever possible you can to help them out and it can affect your mental health as well.Dont anticipate next problem just focus on some positive activities.Difficult phases of life seem to be never ending but they too pass,try to regain the strength and start some positive work and by completing certain positive work your confidence will be back otherwise just sitting and regretting on what happened won't let you overcome this distressing phase
