Negative mind set. What to do?

She married me going against her family wish and later her family agreed after marriage but her mom called up nd said every possible thing what any mom will say when her daughter marries a guy whom they reject just for cast (higher and lower ) basis nd now after passing of 3 months my wife is like I CANNOT ADJUST IN YOUR CULTURE your CAST IS DIFFERENT I MADE A MISTAKE MY LIFE IS SPOILED NO ONE CAN MAKE ME BETTER I CANNOT DO JOB I CANNOT LIVE Infact she is with her mom from last 3 months I did everything possible.to make her calm she asked she will stay with mom she will get better but she got worse took her to psychiatrist twice but for a moment she is fun then back to same she doesn't want to stay with me anywhere on earth don't want to go outing only one thing she says I cannot B better no one can treat me my mom is sick because of me marry my friend and you start a new life I will die only all this am not understanding what to do
