Needle pick
So basically I am a nursing student. Today a needle ( new)is picked in my left thumb just before the moment when I m going to take blood from patient. That's not used. After that when I m going to dispose, it is picked again in my another finger. Will somthing be happened?? I m so tensed. Is it necessary to take Tet vac ??

If you get pricked from an unused needle nothing to worry about but if the needle is used you should get tested because used needle can spread various blood borne infections like HIV,hbv etc
