In 40 days my exam are i need to study atlist 12 or more hours in day but I can't wake up early and also can't sleep in night
I sleep in 12 pm but sleep in 1 am and wake up 8 or 9 but 9 to 12 can't complete study
Also sleep is not sound so tried in day
In night can't take food enough also like anorexia
Same in the morning can't able to eat due to anorexia
Also exam tension led this situation but I try to not worry but can't wake up And also can't able to eat
Enough due to anorexia
Too much required study but this leeds to me down
I join library i concentrate but to clear exam more study hours required
Friend are sleep 12 to 6 or least
Not take medicine for this give me other suggestions

If you don’t want to take medicine, you should take therapy or in simple word counselling. You are not able to handle pressure alone, it’s affecting your study.
