I'm 29years old and married, I have my own business, my present weight is 78kgs im planning to reduce almost 10kgs, please suggest me with good nonveg diet and exercise because I'm facing lot of uncomfortable situations in my daily work and can't concentrate on my work properly. One more thing day by day my lower tummy is becoming bigger I need cut off the lower tummy and make flat tummy, please take this has personally and suggest me to lose weight and stay fit especially to burn lower tummy.
