Keto diet is high fat low carbs diet. It is basically a 4 week plan and one can be on keto diet for maximum 3 months not more than that. Or you can take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

See, these fancy diet are not good for anybody. They are originated for different purpose. These ( keto / paleo diet) have many side effects
Headache
Irregular period
Fatigue
Dizziness
Loss of confidence
Low carbs flex
Body pain
Osteoporosis
Vitamin and minerals deficiency
