Need to improve my mental health
More than 6-8 years I'm having stress of lots of things personal family relationships still processing with me only. Also having a trust issues, overthinking problem, I have lost few people those are very close to me and I'm relationship and friendships never got same efforts what I used to give people. Always got replaced by another person in relationships got cheated very badly but apart from that my family is very supportive and they love me so much but I'm not sharing all these stuff with anyone it's like I'm faking in front of them that I'm so happy so successful but in reality I'm not currently I'm working but still I have a dream of bright future where I haven't reached yet. Sometimes I feel like I'm living two life one happy face and another depressed one because in alone time I used to think so much I cried alot having problem in sleep also not able to sleep not having proper diet because of my past I'm not able to trust on my new friends my new relationship I just want change

It needs to be stress induced psychological changes. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need to give time to yourself so that you can improve.
