Need to consult a Phychiatrist

Asked for Male, 59 Years

Patient shows a narcissistic behavior, need assistance with it. It's has been too long since this is happening. He doesn't know what he wants and always makes a difference sense of things presented in front of him Hope that I can get a good consultant to come over this.
