Need suggestions
Only 3 months ago I had a breakup and with a very serious one. still I am trying to recover from that, but not able to. Its hampering my life, but I am not able to control all the emotions.  Any suggestions?

Please considering consulting a psychiatrist so as to first conclude if this is a part of normal grief reaction or depressive symptoms. Once that is done , accordingly the management will start in the form of therapy or medicines - as required.

As u asked for suggestions, it’s very normal to have some abnormal emotional response, but in urs case it’s prolonged. I suggest u to see some psychiatrist or psychologist.u need psychological intervention to get better,

What you are going through is a tough phase. We would lose a significant part of ourselves after a break up. There will still be a lot of unprocessed emotions and you may be stuck that may not be letting you to move ahead. Seeking help from a professional therapist will empower you a lot to grow through this experience and find a newer self.
