Nasoclear nasal saline drops is for nasal blockage and cold.
Sumol drop is paracetamol is for fever
Choriminic drop is anti histamine for cold and watery eye

Watering from eyes is quite common in newborn babies .Eye Massage ( Nasolacrimal duct ) is key atleast at alternate feed along with eye hygeine which is paramount.
If eye is red and having thick eye discharge in that case we may need antibiotics eye drop .
Noisy chest or breathing suggests nasal block
Nasoclear drop multiple times in a day in both nostril will take care .
