Need suggestion on hoarding in hospital
Hi
I went to the corporate hospital for check up of my wife. They have big infrastructure ,tv,wifi,ac, lifts, pharmacy, information of charges of each treatment and doctors list.
My wife died due to accute fatty liver of pregnancy
the symptoms which we told are similar to disease symptoms as well as the pregnancy symptoms
if the hospital people woulduld have put any hoardings about the symptoms of each disease during pregnancy then we would rather alerted or suspected
Why the hospital s are not putting any hoardings
If we go to any bank they will put large hoardings to explain about their new policies and also about opening a new account of each type either savings or current account

Hello sir,I am very sorry about your spouse's death due to illness.
Your suggestion of large hording about symptoms of disease is already been implemented in various schemes of government and various health programs like DOTS, ART, vector born disease. Etc.
But there are a lot of diseases some are infectious,some are not. There is a lot of common symptoms which are in many illness by just symptoms diagnosis can't be made.
Diagnosis requires physical examination and lab investigations.

Acute fatty liver of pregnancy (AFLP) is a serious complication unique to pregnancy first described by Sheehan in 1940. It is characterized by microvesicular steatosis in the liver. The foremost cause of AFLP is thought to be due to a mitochondrial dysfunction in the oxidation of fatty acids leading to an accumulation in hepatocytes. The infiltration of fatty acids causes acute liver insufficiency, which leads to most of the symptoms that present in this condition. If not diagnosed and treated promptly, AFLP can result in high maternal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. As for hoarding that's a hospital's decision. I'm sorry for your loss.
