I am a healthy person with no medical history. I got admitted in a hospital only for delivering my children more than 2 decades ago. I randomly got my complete health check up done and found that my fasting sugar level was 400 and post was 500 apart from that everything else is normal. I was surprised to find the sugar results and am wondering if I am going to be very sick soon. Please guide.

It's a type 2 DM..the readings are very high and need immediate attention.. kindly consult and get it controlled at the earliest
