Health Tips
For IBS keep a few things in mind
1. No stress , kindly add pranayama and meditation to your routine
2. Eat on time and take fresh meals
3. Always try to take buttermilk ( home made if possible ) in the afternoon with meals
4. Eat salads before meals
5. Do not stay hungry for long
For IBS kutjaristha only can reduce the number of stools per day for a short period of time and amydio forte might reduce stools and improve digestion.
But as for IBS such OTC medicine will never cure the IBS. I can only say symptomatic relief for a short period of time.
Before IBS treatment we have to find out Agni disha and patients complete history then we can decide Which medicine will work on you. Vataj, Pittaj, kaphaj or raktaj grahni.
