Hi, iam Shama, 55 years old. I walk daily for 8 kms n eat very less, don't take any food that may cause wright gain, go as per dieticians chart, yet m gaining weight day by day, I don't have
thyroid but I have high bp for which am taking medicines, am 5.3 n my weight now is 85 kgs. bcoz of weight I have pains in legs, knees and body.. pls help what I shud do for weight loss, am open for anything like surgery etc..
