Hello Sir/Madam,
My dad suffering from leg pain and we did MRI after our local doctor suggestion. Later we got to know that its something Bone AVN. Am not sure what exactly it is.. and what is the treatment for it..Can you please anyone suggest me to proceed next.

Based on stage of AVN treatment would defer , stage 1 and 2 surgery can be Deffered stage 3 and 4 it might need total hip replacement based on X-rays and MRI films
