Need permanent solution for Knees pain
I am married women with one a 11 months daughter.my knee pain  started few months back .I am in pain most of the time..I feel jerk like something while I come upstairs or go downstairs...I also can hear crunch sound while I walk..I am taking medicine for vitamin and calcium ( D3 and shelcal)  as doctor suggested.i m also taking ice compress.i want to know will my knee problem ever go.because its frustrating.i gave started knee exercise also.

There is no permanent solution for any problems let alone knee problems. Sometimes the progesterone effects postpartum can stay for a bit longer time than usual causing knee ligament laxity and instability problems. If not getting better try physiotherapy, painkillers or get an MRI scan if no better

Mostly due to vitamin deficiencies and hormonal changes , managed by medicines as u r taking But persistent pain needs to be evaluated to rule out other causes Consult orthopedician for further management
