Please tell interpret the report in simplified way. Is there any need for surgery or it can be treated with medications. Is it mastoiditis? Has the bone erosion started?

What are the symptoms ? Ear discharge ? Loss of hearing ? The report does mention mastoiditis . But I would like to see the films
