Need more clarification on contrast bath
I had under gone a k wire surgery in my right hand ring finger and pinky finger. Now the k wires removed and I opened the dressings today. How to take contrast bath for fingers to reduce swelling and stiffness. Need more details and steps of contrast bath. What frequency of contrast bath is required? Or only hot water dipping is enough since my doctor suggested to have only hot water dipping for 20minutes and 3 times a day. Thanks in advance...
