Can i get medical for seeking leave from my job ? I have sore throat, mild fever and blocked nose. I have body pain as well. Please guide.

Yes . The symptoms you have described suggest URTI. However it is better to be cautious in covid times hence more detailed history is required. Also the number of days needed for recovery and leave will depend on a complete history .
