This is to certify that the patient, a 32-year-old male, has sustained an injury to his right ankle/leg and has been under medical consultation for the same. Due to the nature of the injury, he has been advised adequate rest and restriction of weight-bearing activities to allow proper healing. The patient is therefore advised to take medical rest for a period of five weeks, during which prolonged standing, walking, and strenuous physical activity should be avoided. This advice is given in the best interest of the patientâs recovery.
