Need medical advice for thia issue.

One of my friend having temp fluctuations 98to 99.8 is this normal from 4 mnths in 1st mnth he got thypoid widal o&h 1:160 during this also same ,taken antiboitics for 14 days then widal reduced but temp pattern is same ,his appetite good, thyroid normal,us abd normal,chest xay clear,vitb12 normal vit d3 30.2 pmol/L,smear mp negative,sometimes it is  98 -99.6 why this happen earlier it is normal for him ,which blood tests useful for him,today CBC along with urine complete analysis done I'm attaching the report pls review it ,now no antibiotics are using .Only bcomplex,will thypoid present in gall bladder and cause this type of fever fluctuations,for me if I went out and came home then temp is between 99.2-99.4 after sitting idle for 30 min it is 99,morning it is 98 ,after noon reaches 99.2-99.6 sometime times 99.8,evening after 9pm less than 98.6
