I have an erratic sleep pattern. I wake up in the middle of the night and stay up for 2 hours almost everyday. This means no matter how early or late I go to bed I can't sleep for more than 4-5 hours. I have these bouts of anxiety because if problems in my personal life and that causes me to sweat a lot till my clothes are soaked and gives me bad digestion for 2 days at least. I also feel my throat closing up and find it difficult to breathe during this time. And I am tired and unfocused all the time which is not acceptable since I'm a working professional. I also have trouble breathing sometimes along with mild chest pains after working out or in general also. Please let me know which specialist I could consult for all this.
