Need help urgent

Asked for Female, 31 Years

I was taking isotretinoin tablets before my marriage. My last dose was on 24.01.2019. My last period was on 13.03.2019. Today I found out that I am pregnant. However I have found that the isotretinoin has severe teratogenic effect. While one dermatologist said 2 months is sufficient. On internet many are saying even 6 months is not sufficient. What should be my further course of action? Should I abort?
