Acute anxiety attack can cause  giddiness and sweating which may feel like hypotension, but anxiety doesn't itself decrease blood pressure.

Some people tend to have naturally low blood pressure. Dizziness and fainting feeling can happen in anxiety. however, whether the low blood pressure is due to anxiety cannot be categorically determined unless you have a clinical consultation with a psychiatrist via online consultation or direct in person consultation.
