Need Help Regarding Aids Treatment - Hello My Dad Has Recently

Need help regarding AIDS treatment

Hello my Dad has recently been diagnosed with HIV and his cd4 count is 69 he is on ART treatment for the past 15 days. His age is 55 and is having high fevers every 5-8 hours per day. He is currently hospitalised and all the tests are done. The doctors say that he has a urine infection and his medications are not working due to weak immunity. What is the chance for his survival? Is there anything which i can try?
