Your symptoms are fairly common and not specific to RA . It is most likely a afalse positive finding. You should repeat the test and not take any medication untill you are 6 months postpartum and stopped feeding your baby. You should only take hot water bag until absolutely necessary.

Dear, it is important to address your symptoms systematically to ensure proper recovery. Here are the next steps you should take: 1. Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) & Autoimmune Disease Evaluation Consult to check for RA relapse or flare-ups. Blood tests like CRP, ESR, Rheumatoid Factor (RF), and Anti-CCP to assess disease activity. Vitamin D and calcium levels should also be checked, as deficiencies can worsen joint and muscle pain. 2. Thyroid & Hormonal Management Check TSH, Free T3, Free T4 levels to ensure adequate thyroid supplementation. Monitor PCOD symptoms, including insulin resistance and hormonal balance. Consider nutritional support as deficiencies can contribute to fatigue. 3. Physiotherapy & Musculoskeletal Care Physical therapy for back pain, stiffness, and joint pain to improve mobility and strength. Postpartum core strengthening for abdominal muscle recovery (assess for diastasis recti). Postural correction exercises to reduce strain on the spine and joints. 4. Mental Health & Postpartum Care Screen for postpartum depression & anxiety and seek counseling if needed. Engage in stress management techniques (yoga, mindfulness, or therapy). Since your symptoms are affecting daily life, seeking early medical intervention will help you recover faster and take care of your baby more comfortably.
