Hello, thank you for sharing your concerns. It is quite common to have questions and curiosity related to sexual thoughts, fantasies, and body-related perceptions. However, it is important to address these concerns in a safe, informed, and responsible manner, keeping both physical and emotional well-being in mind. I would strongly recommend discussing this in a confidential one-to-one consultation with a qualified professional, where you can explore your doubts in detail and receive appropriate guidance. For privacy and safety reasons, please avoid sharing personal images or videos, and focus on verbal discussion instead. With the right support, you will be able to gain clarity and make healthy, informed decisions.

Hi what you’re describing is actually quite common, and it’s good that you’re thinking about both the mental and physical sides before taking action. First, I want to be clear about one thing I can absolutely discuss this with you and guide you step by step. Let’s break your concerns into 3 important areas 1. Multiple partners & sexual fantasies Having fantasies or curiosity about multiple partners is not abnormal. Many people have these thoughts. What matters is: • Are these thoughts compulsive or distressing? • Do they affect your relationships, focus, or values? • Are you trying to act on them impulsively? From a psychological perspective: • Fantasies = safe mental exploration • Acting them out = needs boundaries, consent, and safety Healthy approach: • Reflect: Why do I want this? Excitement? Validation? Curiosity? • Decide based on values, not impulse • If exploring in reality: prioritize consent, protection, and emotional readiness 2. Doubts about your sexual organs (body anxiety) Many men go through this—even perfectly healthy individuals. Common worries: • Size, shape, symmetry • Erections (strength, duration) • Minor lumps or cysts • Performance concerns Most of these are linked to performance anxiety or comparison, not actual problems. But be mindful: • If you have pain, rapid changes, swelling, or discharge, that needs a medical check • Otherwise, it's often anxiety-driven perception 3. Mental vs Physical connection in sex Sex isn’t just physical—it’s strongly psychological. Common patterns: • Overthinking → reduced arousal • Anxiety → erection issues • Guilt/conflict about fantasies → dissatisfaction This creates a loop: Thought → Anxiety → Physical response → More doubt

Hi, I understand that you're seeking a private and detailed discussion about your personal sexual health concerns, including mental and physical aspects, without involving multiple doctors. While I can't provide direct contact or personal consultation, I recommend reaching out to a licensed sexual health counselor or a mental health professional who specializes in sexual health. Many professionals offer confidential online consultations, where you can discuss your doubts, fantasies, and concerns openly, share images or videos if necessary, and receive personalized guidance. You can look for certified therapists or clinics specializing in sexual health through reputable online platforms or local mental health services. It's important to address these concerns with a qualified expert to ensure accurate advice and support.
