Diagnosis report from Sion Hospital Mumbai states as below : 32 year female with chronic progressive symmetrical spastic, paraparesis and overactive bladder, iurinary urgency and doubtful myoclonic jerks with minimal ataxic signs and predominant spasticity features provisional diagnosis of hereditary spastic paraparesis made differential kept were spastic paraplegia syndromes. Need someone who has experience with these kind of cases and what is treatment procedure.
