Need guidance.
1- mother of 2 kids, suffering from hypothyroid and female pattern hair loss for past 11 years and now diagnosed with initial stage of osteoarthritis in knees. 2-i walk daily, take healthy food even then I feel something is very wrong with my body. 3- pls guide me as how to figure it out that why at the age of 35 only, I hv so many problems. I m getting symptomatic treatment only, but the root cause seems to be something else. 4-could it be autoimmune disorder? Kindly guide me, how can I stop my health from further deterioration.
