Need consultation on a skin growth

Asked for Male, 40 Years

I have a skin growth near my anal area. Seems to be multiple small swellings. This has been there for about 2 years or so and seems to be of the same size. There is no pain, itching or bleeding. I had consulted a dermatologist (not online) recently and was told it was nothing that needed immediate attention and might be milia en plaque. He also mentioned though if i want i can have it surgically removed. I want to know: a) What this skin growth is ? b) What is the best course of action here ?
