Hi,
I am having frequent spot pain in the stomach.
I am not able to eat. A small portion makes me full and i feel like puking. At times there is a chest burn. I do have a sgot of 51.88 U/L and sgpt of 41.42 U/L. Is that concerning?

Based on your description, the symptoms are suggestive of acid reflux with mildly elevated SGOT & SGPT. But to arrive at a final diagnosis, more details are needed.
